Designed to facilitate high-quality decisions regarding pregnancy and contraception, MyPath helps women a) review their thoughts about pregnancy and children, b) learn about fertility and preconception health and c) prioritize their preferences for various contraceptive method characteristics (e.g. effectiveness, side effects). As such, MyPath uses a patient-centered approach to help women frame their contraceptive decisions in the context of their goals and health and is a critical first step towards addressing reproductive health inequities among women with SUDs.",[9],null,{"type":22,"name":27,"description":15,"armGroupLabels":28,"otherNames":25},"Usual care",[15],[30],{"name":31,"affiliation":5,"role":32},"Elizabeth Krans, MD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[34,38],{"name":31,"role":35,"phone":36,"phoneExt":25,"email":37},"CONTACT","(412) 641-3532","kransee@upmc.edu",{"name":39,"role":35,"phone":40,"phoneExt":25,"email":41},"Samantha Mayo, BA","(412) 641-2248","mayos@upmc.edu",[43],{"facility":44,"status":45,"city":46,"state":47,"zip":48,"country":49,"countryCode":50,"cosmosGeoPoint":51,"geoPoint":56,"contacts":57},"Magee Womens Hospital of UPMC","RECRUITING","Pittsburgh","Pennsylvania","15213","United States","US",{"type":52,"coordinates":53},"Point",[54,55],-79.99589,40.44062,{"lat":55,"lon":54},[58,60],{"name":59,"role":35,"phone":40,"phoneExt":25,"email":41},"Mayo Samantha, BA",{"name":61,"role":35,"phone":62,"phoneExt":25,"email":63},"Ellen Stewart","(412) 641-4984","stewartep@upmc.edu",{"type":32,"investigatorFullName":31,"investigatorTitle":65,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":25,"oldOrganization":25},"Assistant Professor",[67],{"name":68,"class":69},"National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)","NIH","100434581","implementation-of-a-patient-centered-reproductive-planning-decision-support-tool-mypath-among-women-with-substance-use-disorder-in-the-immediate-postpartum-period-100434581",false,"NCT04939012","Implementation of a Patient-centered, Reproductive Planning Decision Support Tool (MyPath) Among Women With Substance Use Disorder in the Immediate Postpartum Period","IMPACT","Inclusion Criteria\n\nPrenatal Cohort:\n\n* Be greater than or equal to 18 years of age.\n* Be pregnant with an EGA of 22 to 37 weeks at enrollment.\n* Plan to deliver at research site.\n* Meet DSM-5 criteria for a SUD (i.e., opioid, stimulant or other use disorder) and\u002For have a diagnosis code for a substance use disorder in their medical record.\n\nPostpartum Cohort:\n\n* Be greater than or equal to 18 years of age.\n* Be 0-9 days postpartum at enrollment.\n* Have delivered at research site.\n* Meet DSM-5 criteria for a SUD (i.e., opioid, stimulant or other use disorder) and\u002For have a diagnosis code for a substance use disorder in their medical record.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Have had a fetal or neonatal death with their current pregnancy.\n* Be currently in jail or prison as required by court of law.
