Patients who have not undergone cardiac catheterization of CT angiogram within the last 2 years for chest pain can be scheduled for a screening CT angiogram of the coronary arteries to confirm eligibility.\n* Impaired coronary flow reserve (cut-off values depending on methodology use between ≤2.0 and ≤2.5 by stress testing PET\u002FCMR or Invasive assessment) or Abnormal index of coronary microcirculatory resistance (e.g., IMR \\> 25)\n* SGLT2i Naïve\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* History of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy LVEF \\\u003C40% or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.\n* History of congestive heart failure, severe pulmonary disease, liver disease\n* History of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) within previous 30 days\n* Stroke within the last 180 days or intracranial hemorrhage at any time.\n* Severe valvular disease\n* Life expectancy \\\u003C3 years, due to non-cardiovascular comorbidity.\n* Pregnancy or women who are breast-feeding\n* Type 1 diabetes mellitus\n* Symptomatic hypotension or systolic BP\\\u003C95 mmHg on 2 consecutive measurements\n* Active malignancy requiring treatment at the time of visit\n* Severe (eGFR \\\u003C30 mL\u002Fmin\u002F1.73 m2 by CKD-EPI), unstable, or rapidly progressing renal disease at the time of randomization\n* History of recurrent UTI\u002Fbladder\u002Fkidney infections\n* Asthma with ongoing wheezing\n* Known or suspected bronchoconstrictive or bronchospastic lung disease (ARDS, emphysema)\n* Greater than first degree heart block\n* Implanted cardiac device\n* Profound sinus bradycardia (heart rates\\\u003C40 beats per minute)\n* Atrial fibrillation or supraventricular arrhythmias at time of imaging\n* Known intolerance of nitrates (other than hypotension)\n* History of reaction to iodinated contrast agents\n* Any orthopedic, neurological, or other condition that prevents participant from exercising\n* Individuals currently taking nitroglycerine (or inorganic nitrates), PDE-5 inhibitors (ex: Cialis, Viagra), and xanthine oxidase inhibitors (ex: Allopurinol)\n* Smokers within the last 5 years\n* Prisoners\n* Cognitively impaired individuals\n* Non-English Speaking","FEMALE","18 Years",{"count":75,"type":76},8,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[79],"NA","The purpose of this study is to see if inorganic nitrate in the form of beetroot juice helps blood flow and physical fitness in women with ANOCA and CMD.
