To investigate the efficacy of intertransverse process block (ITPB) on quality of recovery after cardiac surgery\n2. To investigate the efficacy of ITPB on the sympathetic response on incision, intraoperative and postoperative morphine requirement\n3. To investigate the efficacy of ITPB on surgical outcomes including time to weaning off mechanical ventilation, length of ICU\u002F hospital stay and incidence of neuropathic pain after surgery Researchers will compare patients receiving bilateral ITPB with levobupivacaine to those receiving sham blocks to determine if ITPB reduces CPSP, improves pain control, and decreases opioid consumption.",[82],"Acute Postoperative Pain",[84,26,85,86,87,88],"Cardiac surgery","ITPB","CABG","Quality of Recovery","Acute postoperative pain","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-04-13",{"date":92,"type":93},"2025-04-16","ACTUAL",{"date":95,"type":76},"2025-11",{"date":97,"type":76},"2027-11",{"name":5,"class":6}]
