Skeletally mature patients\n2. Able to give informed consent\n3. Sagittal Spinal Deformity patients as defined by any of the following radiographic criteria:\n\n   * Coronal cobb angle \\>20 degrees\n   * Pelvic Tilt \\>25degrees\n   * Sagittal Vertical Axis \\>50mm\n   * Pelvic Incidence - Lordosis of \\>10 degrees\n   * Thoracic Kyphosis \\>60 degrees\n4. Or clinically indicated for spinal fusion T10-Pelvis or more levels fused\n5. Or adult degenerative pathology requiring 2 or more levels fused\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
