Between 35 and 65 years old;\n2. Han nationality;\n3. Diagnosed as ischemic cerebrovascular disease with mild to moderate symptoms;\n4. Can communicate normally, complete neuropsychological tests independently, and sign informed consent;\n5. No previous surgical history;\n6. No contraindications such as PET, MRI and DSA;\n7.
