Bands are anchored overhead and pulled diagonally downward; the band angle is adjusted to match each shoulder-flexion condition. Tempo is metronome-paced: 3 s concentric, 3 s isometric (at peak), 3 s eccentric. Resistance is individualized using the OMNI Perceived Exertion Scale and titrated until 6-8\u002F10 is reached prior to data capture. Each condition is recorded for 3 repetitions with \\~5 s between reps; \\~2 min rest is provided between conditions. A brief familiarization (\\~3 min per condition) is given, and the order of MVICs and exercise conditions is randomized.",[9],[21],{"name":22,"affiliation":5,"role":23},"Irem Duzgun, PhD, Professor","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[25,31],{"name":26,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":29,"email":30},"Irem Duzgun, Professor, PhD","CONTACT","312-305 15 76","+90","iremduzgun@hacettepe.edu.tr",{"name":32,"role":27,"phone":33,"phoneExt":29,"email":34},"Kubra Caylan Gurses, MSc","312 305 25 25-186","kubracaylan@hacettepe.edu.tr",[36],{"facility":5,"status":37,"city":38,"state":39,"zip":40,"country":41,"countryCode":10,"cosmosGeoPoint":42,"geoPoint":47,"contacts":48},"RECRUITING","Ankara","Samandag","06100","Turkey (Türkiye)",{"type":43,"coordinates":44},"Point",[45,46],32.85427,39.91987,{"lat":46,"lon":45},[49,50,52],{"name":22,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":29,"email":30},{"name":32,"role":51,"phone":10,"phoneExt":10,"email":10},"SUB_INVESTIGATOR",{"name":53,"role":51,"phone":10,"phoneExt":10,"email":10},"Gizem Soylu, MSc",{"type":23,"investigatorFullName":55,"investigatorTitle":56,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":10,"oldOrganization":10},"Irem Duzgun","Professor, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation","100615834","latissimus-dorsi-activation-during-shoulder-extension-exercises-100615834",false,"NCT07297758","Latissimus Dorsi Activation During Shoulder Extension Exercises","Investigation of Latissimus Dorsi Muscle Activation During Shoulder Extension Exercises","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age between 18 and 40,\n* No restriction of the glenohumeral joint,\n* No complaints related to the shoulder, cervical, or lumbar region in the last 6 months,\n* No systemic or neurological disease,\n* Agreeing to participate in the study,\n* A Tegner Activity Score of 5 or higher,\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* A body mass index greater than 25 kg\u002Fm2",true,"ALL","18 Years","40 Years",{"count":69,"type":70},30,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","This observational, cross-sectional laboratory study at Hacettepe University will examine surface EMG activation of the latissimus dorsi during resisted, dynamic shoulder extension performed at three shoulder flexion angles (30°,60°, 90°, 120°).
