The technology provides ergonomic advantages as the user can maintain an upright posture while observing the surgical field. To excite the fluorophore, ICG dye is illuminated with light at its excitation wavelength band around 750 - 800nm. GLOW800 utilizes a 400w xenon illumination light source integrated as a standard component within the compatible Surgical Operating Microscope (SOM) stand. Activation of the GLOW800 mode extends the white light illumination of the SOM to the infrared (IR) spectral range using a suitable filter placed in the compatible SOM's standard filter wheel for the excitation of the ICG. Each patient enrolled in this study will undergo standard of care for the surgical procedure. No deviations to the standard of care will occur in the execution of this study.",[9],[20],{"name":21,"role":22,"phone":23,"phoneExt":10,"email":24},"Daniela Leal","CONTACT","+41793741989","clinical.affairs@leica-microsystems.com",[26,43,59],{"facility":27,"status":28,"city":29,"state":10,"zip":10,"country":30,"countryCode":31,"cosmosGeoPoint":32,"geoPoint":37,"contacts":38},"Unidade Local de Saúde de São João","RECRUITING","Porto","Portugal","PT",{"type":33,"coordinates":34},"Point",[35,36],-8.61097,41.1485,{"lat":36,"lon":35},[39],{"name":40,"role":22,"phone":41,"phoneExt":10,"email":42},"Pedro Alberto Silva, MD PhD FEBNS","+351 933 205 202","pa.silva@ulssjoao.min-saude.pt",{"facility":44,"status":45,"city":46,"state":10,"zip":10,"country":47,"countryCode":48,"cosmosGeoPoint":49,"geoPoint":53,"contacts":54},"Hospital Germans Trias I Pujol","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","Barcelona","Spain","ES",{"type":33,"coordinates":50},[51,52],2.15899,41.38879,{"lat":52,"lon":51},[55],{"name":56,"role":22,"phone":57,"phoneExt":10,"email":58},"Carmen Higueras Sune, MD PhD","+34935240896","chigueras.germanstrias@gencat.cat",{"facility":60,"status":45,"city":61,"state":10,"zip":10,"country":62,"countryCode":63,"cosmosGeoPoint":64,"geoPoint":68,"contacts":69},"University Hospital Basel","Basel","Switzerland","CH",{"type":33,"coordinates":65},[66,67],7.57327,47.55839,{"lat":67,"lon":66},[70],{"name":71,"role":22,"phone":72,"phoneExt":10,"email":73},"Raphael Guzman, Prof. med.","+41 61 265 33 68","raphael.guzman@usb.ch",{"type":75,"investigatorFullName":10,"investigatorTitle":10,"investigatorAffiliation":10,"oldNameTitle":10,"oldOrganization":10},"SPONSOR","100605555","leica-microsystems-sponsored-study-to-collect-and-confirm-clinical-data-on-the-performance-of-the-glow800-device-when-used-in-accordance-with-its-intended-use-100605555",false,"NCT07164040","Leica Microsystems Sponsored Study to Collect and Confirm Clinical Data on the Performance of the GLOW800 Device When Used in Accordance With Its Intended Use.","Fluorescence Visualization and Image Quality Evaluation of Digital Visualization During Standard of Care Procedure in the Cerebral Vascular Area as Well as Blood Flow During Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (PRS) (Leica GLOW800)","IMED-GLOW800","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nCandidates for the study must be appropriate patients for surgical interventions in the cerebral vascular area or for plastic and reconstructive surgery and have to fulfil all of the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for the recruitment of the study.\n\n1.
