Dexmedetomidine Infusion and Their Combination on Perioperative Pain in Patients Undergoing Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age ≥18 years old.\n* Both sexes.\n* American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I, II.\n* Patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) under general anesthesia.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Hypersensitivity to any of the used drugs.\n* Coagulation disorder.\n* Body mass index \\>35 kg\u002Fm2.\n* History of chronic pain requiring daily opioids\u002Fsteroids\u002Fclonidine\u002Fother α2 agonist\u002Fanalgesics or any drugs acting on the central nervous system during the previous 2 weeks, and drug\u002Falcohol abuse.\n* Contraindication to the use of local anesthetics.\n*
