MPXA analyzes angiographic images in real-time to assist in lesion assessment, optimal balloon and stent selection, and procedural decision-making during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).\n\nIn this study, all participants will undergo MPXA-assisted PCI, where the software provides automated vessel segmentation, diameter measurement, and lesion quantification to optimize procedural outcomes. Operators will follow a predefined protocol incorporating MPXA measurements for balloon sizing, stent selection, and post-dilation strategies.\n\nThe study evaluates the safety, feasibility, and clinical impact of MPXA-assisted PCI in real-world coronary artery disease patients.",[9],[21],"MPXA-PCI",[23,28],{"name":24,"role":25,"phone":26,"phoneExt":11,"email":27},"Hwa-In Kim","CONTACT","+82-31-780-5858","niawhz23@gmail.com",{"name":29,"role":25,"phone":26,"phoneExt":11,"email":30},"Seung-Yul Lee","seungyul79@gmail.com",[32,53,65,81,97,112],{"facility":33,"status":34,"city":35,"state":36,"zip":37,"country":38,"countryCode":11,"cosmosGeoPoint":39,"geoPoint":44,"contacts":45},"Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital","RECRUITING","Gwangmyeong","Gyeonggi-do","14351","South Korea",{"type":40,"coordinates":41},"Point",[42,43],126.86639,37.47722,{"lat":43,"lon":42},[46,50],{"name":47,"role":25,"phone":48,"phoneExt":11,"email":49},"Ji-Sook Seo","+82-2-6299-1114","jsseo007@cauhs.or.kr",{"name":51,"role":52,"phone":11,"phoneExt":11,"email":11},"Jun Hwan Cho","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"facility":54,"status":34,"city":55,"state":36,"zip":56,"country":38,"countryCode":11,"cosmosGeoPoint":57,"geoPoint":61,"contacts":62},"CHA Bundang Medical Center","Seongnam-si","13496",{"type":40,"coordinates":58},[59,60],127.13778,37.43861,{"lat":60,"lon":59},[63,64],{"name":24,"role":25,"phone":26,"phoneExt":11,"email":27},{"name":29,"role":52,"phone":11,"phoneExt":11,"email":11},{"facility":66,"status":34,"city":67,"state":11,"zip":68,"country":38,"countryCode":11,"cosmosGeoPoint":69,"geoPoint":73,"contacts":74},"Keimyung University Dongsan Medical Center","Daegu","42601",{"type":40,"coordinates":70},[71,72],128.59111,35.87028,{"lat":72,"lon":71},[75,79],{"name":76,"role":25,"phone":77,"phoneExt":11,"email":78},"Yoon-Joo Bae","+82-53-258-4006","yoonjoo99999@naver.com",{"name":80,"role":52,"phone":11,"phoneExt":11,"email":11},"Hyuck-Jun Yoon",{"facility":82,"status":34,"city":83,"state":11,"zip":84,"country":38,"countryCode":11,"cosmosGeoPoint":85,"geoPoint":89,"contacts":90},"Chonnam National University Hospital","Gwangju","61469",{"type":40,"coordinates":86},[87,88],126.91556,35.15472,{"lat":88,"lon":87},[91,95],{"name":92,"role":25,"phone":93,"phoneExt":11,"email":94},"Min-Jee Kim","+82-62-220-6016","minkky12@hanmail.net",{"name":96,"role":52,"phone":11,"phoneExt":11,"email":11},"Seung Hun Lee",{"facility":98,"status":34,"city":99,"state":11,"zip":100,"country":38,"countryCode":11,"cosmosGeoPoint":101,"geoPoint":105,"contacts":106},"Presbyterian Medical Center","Jeonju","54987",{"type":40,"coordinates":102},[103,104],127.14889,35.82194,{"lat":104,"lon":103},[107,111],{"name":108,"role":25,"phone":109,"phoneExt":11,"email":110},"Jong Pil Park","+82-1899-1843","jppark74@gmail.com",{"name":108,"role":52,"phone":11,"phoneExt":11,"email":11},{"facility":113,"status":34,"city":114,"state":11,"zip":115,"country":38,"countryCode":11,"cosmosGeoPoint":116,"geoPoint":120,"contacts":121},"Ulsan University Hospital","Ulsan","44033",{"type":40,"coordinates":117},[118,119],129.31667,35.53722,{"lat":119,"lon":118},[122,126],{"name":123,"role":25,"phone":124,"phoneExt":11,"email":125},"Min-Jung Park","+82-52-250-7000","0903738@uuh.ulsan.kr",{"name":127,"role":52,"phone":11,"phoneExt":11,"email":11},"Gyung-Min Park",{"type":52,"investigatorFullName":29,"investigatorTitle":129,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":11,"oldOrganization":11},"Associate Professor of Internal Medicine, CHA Bundang Medical Center, CHA University, South Korea","100591843","medipixel-xa-assisted-pci-in-coronary-artery-disease-100591843",false,"NCT06985693","Medipixel XA-Assisted PCI in Coronary Artery Disease","Medipixel XA-Assisted Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Coronary Artery Disease: A Prospective Multicenter Study","MAP I","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Silent ischemia, stable or unstable angina, or myocardial infarction\n* De novo coronary lesion eligible for DES implantation\n* Lesions analyzable by MPXA\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Comorbidity with a life expectancy \\\u003C12 months\n* Intolerant of antithrombotic therapy\n* Significant anemia, thrombocytopenia, or leucopenia\n* History of major hemorrhage (intracranial, gastrointestinal, and so on)\n* Chronic total occlusion lesion\n* Left main lesion\n* Severe calcification needing rotational atherectomy\n* Lesions not analyzable by MPXA","ALL","19 Years",{"count":141,"type":142},830,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[145],"NA","This prospective, multicenter, single-arm, interventional study evaluates the effectiveness and safety of Medipixel XA-Assisted Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (MPXA-PCI) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). All participants will undergo MPXA-assisted lesion assessment to optimize balloon and stent selection. The primary outcome is target vessel failure (TVF) at 12 months, defined as a composite of cardiac death, target vessel-related myocardial infarction, and clinically driven target vessel revascularization.
