Data regarding the prevalence of CRE, clonal analysis, resistant genes (resistome) and virulence genes (virulome) molecular analyses, and clinical outcomes of infected patients are scarce. Thus, creating a network to Standardize and implement microbiological sourveillance could be crucial to answer this challenge.
