Nursing students often experience high levels of stress due to academic demands, clinical training, and challenging social and environmental conditions. Mindfulness-based interventions have been shown to improve mental well-being and coping skills in various student populations, but evidence from low-resource and conflict-affected settings remains limited.\n\nIn this randomized controlled trial, nursing students will be assigned either to a mindfulness-based intervention group or to a control group receiving no intervention during the study period. The intervention consists of structured mindfulness sessions focusing on breathing awareness, body awareness, emotional regulation, and present-moment attention over a three-week period.\n\nOutcomes including perceived stress, psychological resilience, and academic self-efficacy will be measured before and after the intervention using validated self-report instruments. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding of non-pharmacological, low-cost mental health interventions for nursing students in low-resource settings.",[55,56,57],"Stress","Psychological Resilience","Self Efficacy",[59,60,61,62,63],"Mindfullnes","Nursing Students","Randomized Controlled Trial","Mental Well-Being","Somalia","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-01-17",{"date":67,"type":68},"2026-01-21","ACTUAL",{"date":70,"type":49},"2026-01-19",{"date":72,"type":49},"2026-02-28",{"name":5,"class":6}]
