Genetic, hormonal and environmental factors are implicated in DSD. Infants with congenital hypogonadism hypogonadotrope (CHH) can present with DSD. Evaluation of hormonal profile during minipuberty could be of great help to better characterize the etiology of DSD and CHH in particular.
