These features will be compared for their clinical status and progression of the disease before and after treatment. Identification and validation of these features appears to be a crucial step in predicting progression of the disease. Moreover, we would be able to modify follow-up and treatment management in high-risk patients for endometriosis.",[19,9,15],[31],{"facility":32,"status":33,"city":34,"state":10,"zip":35,"country":36,"countryCode":10,"cosmosGeoPoint":37,"geoPoint":42,"contacts":43},"General University Hospital in Prague","RECRUITING","Prague","12808","Czechia",{"type":38,"coordinates":39},"Point",[40,41],14.42076,50.08804,{"lat":41,"lon":40},[44,49],{"name":45,"role":46,"phone":47,"phoneExt":10,"email":48},"Zdenka Lisa, M.D.","CONTACT","+420224967003","zdenka.lisa@vfn.cz",{"name":50,"role":46,"phone":51,"phoneExt":10,"email":52},"Michael Fanta, M.D.","0042224967004","michael.fanta@vfn.cz",{"type":54,"investigatorFullName":55,"investigatorTitle":56,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":10,"oldOrganization":10},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Zdenka Lisa","M.D.","100517664","molecular-markes-of-fibrosis-of-endometriosis-and-their-use-in-predicting-disease-severity-100517664",false,"NCT06020482","Molecular Markes of Fibrosis of Endometriosis and Their Use in Predicting Disease Severity","Molecular Markes of Fibrosis of Single Types of Endometriosis and Their Use in Predicting Disease Severity","MMF","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* women (18-45 years)\n* signed informed consent with the study\n* absence of hormonal treatment 3 months before the planned procedure\n\nInclusion criteria for group A:\n\n\\- laparoscopically and histologically confirmed endometriosis dg.\n\nInclusion criteria for group B:\n\n* patients without endometriosis\n* patients who are undergoing an elective laparoscopic or hysteroscopic procedure in our department for another benign indication\n* patients with excluded malignant disease\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* absence of informed consent\n* patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria during surgery\n* patient younger than 18 years of age or older than 45 years of age","FEMALE","18 Years","45 Years",{"count":69,"type":70},120,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","The primary aim of the project is to analyse gene expression in individual types of ectopic endometrium (ovarian endometriosis, peritoneal endometriosis, deep infiltrating endometriosis) and compare it with gene expression in eutopic endometrium. The analysis focuses on the identification of genes with significantly increased expression in each type of ectopic endometrium and comparison of their expression with the degree of disease, ovarian reserve and clinical manifestations of the disease (pain, infertility).",[74],"Molecular Markers of Fibrosis of Single Types of Endometriosis and Their Use in Predicting Disease Severity",[76],"endometriosis, moleculars markers of fibrosis, deep infiltrating endometriosis","2023-08-28",{"date":79,"type":80},"2023-08-31","ACTUAL",{"date":82,"type":80},"2023-04-01",{"date":84,"type":70},"2026-12-31",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
