TOS is a condition that causes long-term pain, numbness, and weakness in the arm and shoulder area. The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Does MI lower pain and improve arm function in people with TOS?\n* Does psychological resilience predict treatment outcomes in people with TOS? Researchers will compare participants who receive MI sessions plus a home exercise program to those who receive a home exercise program alone. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Follow a home exercise program for 6 weeks\n* Some participants will also attend up to 4 motivational interviewing sessions\n* Complete questionnaires about pain, function, sleep, anxiety, and depression at the start and end of the 6-week program",[88],"Thoracic Outlet Syndrome",[23,90,28,91,92,88],"Chronic Pain","Psychological Resilience","Central Sensitization","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-06-19",{"date":96,"type":97},"2026-06-25","ACTUAL",{"date":99,"type":82},"2026-06",{"date":101,"type":82},"2027-10",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
