The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Does sensory and\u002For cognitive stimulation reduce anxiety and improve hemodynamic stability in ICU patients?\n* Does it enhance physical function and independence during early rehabilitation in the ICU?\n\nResearchers will compare four groups:\n\n1. Standard care (control),\n2. Cognitive stimulation,\n3. Auditory stimulation (music),\n4. Multisensory stimulation (touch + smell)\n\nto assess which intervention is most effective in improving recovery parameters.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Be randomly assigned to one of four groups during early mobilization in the ICU\n* Receive a 30-minute intervention session depending on group assignment\n* Be evaluated for heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, anxiety (VAS), physical function (PFIT, FIM), and satisfaction before and after the session",[94,95,96],"Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)","Cardiac Surgery Subjects","Postoperative Care",[98,99,100,101,102,103,104],"Early Mobilization","Intensive Care Unit","Cardiac Surgery","Multisensory Intervention","Anxiety","Non-pharmacological Intervention","Rehabilitation in ICU","2026-02-10",{"date":107,"type":108},"2026-02-12","ACTUAL",{"date":110,"type":108},"2025-08-01",{"date":112,"type":88},"2026-06-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
