These recordings will be made twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon\u002Fevening, in order to take account of the patients' inherent nycthemeral rhythm.\n\nA recording of 12 EEG electrodes from the scalp will be made during painless stimulation of the median nerve. The intensity of this stimulation will range from 3 to 14 mA, with a duration of 0.1 ms and a frequency of 5 Hz. This will result in a multiplication of the recording periods during and after stimulation. A final period of approximately 15 minutes of recording will be carried out with headphones on the patient, using simple, pre-recorded, standardized commands. These recordings will be continued for a period of three weeks following their inclusion.",[9],null,[21,24,27],{"name":22,"affiliation":5,"role":23},"Geoffroy MOUCHEBOEUF, MD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"name":25,"affiliation":5,"role":26},"Grégoire CANE, MD","STUDY_DIRECTOR",{"name":28,"affiliation":29,"role":30},"Fabien LOTTE","Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique","STUDY_CHAIR",[32,37],{"name":22,"role":33,"phone":34,"phoneExt":35,"email":36},"CONTACT","05 57 82 19 95","+33","geoffroy.moucheboeuf@chu-bordeaux.fr",{"name":25,"role":33,"phone":19,"phoneExt":19,"email":38},"gregoire.cane@chu-bordeaux.fr",[40],{"facility":41,"status":19,"city":42,"state":43,"zip":44,"country":45,"countryCode":46,"cosmosGeoPoint":47,"geoPoint":52,"contacts":53},"Bordeaux university hospital","Bordeaux","New Aquitaine","33000","France","FR",{"type":48,"coordinates":49},"Point",[50,51],-0.58046,44.84124,{"lat":51,"lon":50},[54,56],{"name":22,"role":33,"phone":55,"phoneExt":35,"email":36},"0557821995",{"name":25,"role":57,"phone":19,"phoneExt":19,"email":19},"SUB_INVESTIGATOR",{"type":59,"investigatorFullName":19,"investigatorTitle":19,"investigatorAffiliation":19,"oldNameTitle":19,"oldOrganization":19},"SPONSOR",[61],{"name":62,"class":63},"Inria, the French National Institute for computer science and applied mathematics","UNKNOWN","100631918","neuro---prognostication-using-late-somatosensory-evoked---potentials-100631918",false,"NCT07506928","NEURO - Prognostication Using Late Somatosensory Evoked - Potentials","NEURO-PULSE","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients must be aged 18 years or over;\n* Patients must be admitted to the intensive care unit with a cerebrovascular pathology;\n* Patients must be in a comatose state with a Glasgow score strictly less than 8, 24 hours after stopping sedation.\n* Representative of the patient informed of the research and not objecting to it, information and collection of the participant's non-objection if recovery of the ability to understand the content of the information note,\n* The patient is a recipient of or affiliated with a social security scheme.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Bilateral lesions of the motor cortex or cortico-spinal fasciculus,\n* Cutaneous infection of the scalp or any other lesion making surface electroencephalography impossible,\n* Patient whose short-term survival (48 - 72 hours) seems compromised,\n* Severe peripheral neuromyopathy,\n* Severe Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome at the time of screening,\n* Hearing-impaired patients with hearing aids,\n* Pregnant or breastfeeding woman,\n* Patient under legal protection (persons deprived of their liberty or under guardianship).","ALL","18 Years",{"count":74,"type":75},50,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[78],"NA","The main aim of this study is to develop a new technique for the passive diagnosis of cognitive-motor dissociation, with the detection of motor intention in a comatose patient by analysing the EEG signal and in particular the ERD\u002FERS amplitudes in the motor cortex after stimulation of the median nerve.",[81,82,83],"Comatose","Prognosis","Critical Care",[85,86,87,88,89],"Prognostication","Somatosensory evoked - potentials","Neurocritical care","Machine learning","Continuous EEG","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-03-26",{"date":93,"type":94},"2026-04-02","ACTUAL",{"date":96,"type":75},"2026-06-30",{"date":98,"type":75},"2028-06-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
