These training programs are delivered through paper-and-pencil tasks, computer-based exercises, and therapist-guided activities. Tasks used include working memory exercises (e.g., digit span recall), attention training (e.g., Stroop test, visual scanning), problem-solving activities (e.g., Tower of Hanoi), and language exercises (e.g., verbal fluency tasks), for 45 minutes per session, 3 times weekly, for 4 weeks.",[13],"Other: Conventional cognitive training",{"label":15,"type":16,"description":17,"interventionNames":18},"NeuroReAlign Therapy","EXPERIMENTAL","Patients in this group will receive NeuroReAlign Therapy, including motor training (e.g., treadmill training, balance training), multimodal sensory stimulation (e.g., proprioceptive and visual), cognitive training (e.g., traditional cognitive exercise), and motivation, for 45 minutes per session, 3 times weekly, for 4 weeks.",[19],"Other: NeuroReAlign Therapy",[21,24],{"type":6,"name":15,"description":17,"armGroupLabels":22,"otherNames":23},[15],null,{"type":6,"name":9,"description":11,"armGroupLabels":25,"otherNames":23},[9],{"type":27,"investigatorFullName":28,"investigatorTitle":29,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":23,"oldOrganization":23},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Anas Radi Hassan Alashram","Assistant Professor","100581347","neurorealign-therapy-for-cognitive-rehabilitation-in-patients-with-stroke-100581347",false,"NCT06849128","NeuroReAlign Therapy for Cognitive Rehabilitation in Patients with Stroke","Effects of NeuroReAlign Therapy on Cognition in Patients with Stroke: a Randomized Controlled Trial","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke\n* Have a stroke more than 6 months\n* Age between 18 and 70\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients with severe cognitive impairments\n* Patients cannot walk independently","ALL","18 Years","70 Years",{"count":41,"type":42},30,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[45],"NA","The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to investigate the effects of NeuroReAlign Therapy on cognition in stroke survivors in the chronic stage (\\>6 months). The study will include male and female participants aged 18-70 years.\n\nThe main questions it aims to answer are:\n\nDoes NeuroReAlign Therapy improve cognition in stroke survivors compared to conventional physiotherapy? Researchers will compare NeuroReAlign Therapy to conventional cognitive therapy to determine its effects on cognition.\n\nParticipants will:\n\nUndergo NeuroReAlign Therapy or conventional cognitive therapy for 4 weeks. Have their cognition evaluated using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Trail Making Test (TMT), Stroop Test, Digit Span Test, and Verbal Fluency Test (VFT).\n\nComplete outcome assessments at baseline and after the intervention (week 4).",[48],"Stroke","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2025-03-13",{"date":52,"type":53},"2025-03-18","ACTUAL",{"date":55,"type":42},"2025-03-15",{"date":57,"type":42},"2025-04-30",{"name":5,"class":6}]
