Each sensor positioned on patient's skin provides both raw data (accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope) and the orientation matrix, representing the orientation of the local System of Reference (SoR) with respect to a fixed SoR. A proprietary sensor-fusion algorithm allows provides an accurate estimate of the orientation, as assessed by stereo-photogrammetric system-based testing.\n\nData from each sensor are sampled at 50 Hz and transferred wirelessly to a laptop with a proprietary software that processes the data according to the biomechanical model chosen for the analysis.",[13],"Device: Showmotion",[15],{"type":16,"name":9,"description":17,"armGroupLabels":18,"otherNames":19},"DEVICE","Each healthy volunteers will wear sensors at the interested joint and do the measurement.",[9],null,[21],{"name":22,"affiliation":5,"role":23},"Vikas Patel, MD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[25],{"name":26,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":19,"email":29},"CLAIRE COFER, BS","CONTACT","303-724-1588","CLAIRE.COFER@CUANSCHUTZ.EDU",[31],{"facility":32,"status":33,"city":34,"state":35,"zip":36,"country":37,"countryCode":38,"cosmosGeoPoint":39,"geoPoint":44,"contacts":45},"University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus","RECRUITING","Aurora","Colorado","80045","United States","US",{"type":40,"coordinates":41},"Point",[42,43],-104.83192,39.72943,{"lat":43,"lon":42},[46],{"name":22,"role":27,"phone":19,"phoneExt":19,"email":47},"VIKAS.PATEL@CUANSCHUTZ.EDU",{"type":49,"investigatorFullName":19,"investigatorTitle":19,"investigatorAffiliation":19,"oldNameTitle":19,"oldOrganization":19},"SPONSOR","100373085","non-invasive-evaluation-of-upper-and-lower-body-function-with-showmotion-100373085",false,"NCT04137835","Non-invasive Evaluation of Upper and Lower Body Function With Showmotion","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Healthy people (without musculoskeletal pathologies of the joint of interest)\n* Age \\> 18, \\\u003C65\n* Volunteers given written informed consent\n* Ability to understand and execute instructions at all stages of the procedure\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age \\> 65, \\\u003C 18\n* Active infections\n* Surgery at joint of interest\n* BMI (Body Mass Index) \\>30 kg\u002Fm2\n* Pregnancy",true,"ALL","18 Years","65 Years",{"count":61,"type":62},60,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[65],"NA","It is very important to understand joint and body kinematics and muscles activity in clinical settings, which is relevant to identify issues related to the spine, the upper and lower limbs due to injury.\n\nIn this study, the investigators will use an innovative platform, Showmotion to establish baseline of shoulder, hip, knee and spine kinematics and muscles activity from 60 healthy volunteers.",[68,69,70],"Osteoarthritis, Hip","Osteoarthritis, Knee","Osteoarthritis, Spine",[72],"osteoarthritis","2024-10-02",{"date":75,"type":76},"2024-10-04","ACTUAL",{"date":78,"type":76},"2021-06-01",{"date":80,"type":62},"2025-12-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
