A standard lateral incision will be made over the calcaneus, and the osteotomy site will be exposed. An oblique K-wire will be inserted percutaneously into the posterior calcaneus under fluoroscopic guidance to facilitate the desired displacement. Cannulated screws will then be inserted across the osteotomy site to secure the calcaneal fragment. Post-operative care will include a non-weight bearing protocol for six weeks, followed by gradual weight bearing as tolerated.",[9],null,[20],{"name":21,"affiliation":5,"role":22},"Mohammed Mostafa Kotb, professir","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[24,29],{"name":25,"role":26,"phone":27,"phoneExt":18,"email":28},"Mina Safwat Fekry, assistant lecturer","CONTACT","01280880281","MinaS.Fekry@aun.edu.eg",{"name":30,"role":26,"phone":18,"phoneExt":18,"email":18},"Mohammed Mostafa Kotb, professor",[32],{"facility":33,"status":18,"city":34,"state":18,"zip":35,"country":36,"countryCode":37,"cosmosGeoPoint":38,"geoPoint":43,"contacts":44},"Assiut University Hospital","Asyut","71515","Egypt","EG",{"type":39,"coordinates":40},"Point",[41,42],31.18368,27.18096,{"lat":42,"lon":41},[45],{"name":46,"role":26,"phone":18,"phoneExt":18,"email":18},"Alaa Abd El Monam",{"type":22,"investigatorFullName":48,"investigatorTitle":49,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":18,"oldOrganization":18},"Mina S.
