Standard pulse oximetry may not adequately detect hyperoxia when oxygen saturation values are high.\n\nIn this prospective comparative study, patients will receive oxygen titration guided either by SpO₂ alone or by combined ORi and SpO₂ monitoring. The primary outcome is the incidence of intraoperative hyperoxemia, assessed by arterial blood gas analysis. Secondary outcomes include intraoperative oxygenation parameters and hemodynamic variables.",[83,84,85,86],"Hyperoxemia","Intraoperative Oxygen Therapy","Beach Chair Position","Cerebral Oxygenation",[88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96,97],"Oxygen Reserve Index","ORİ","FiO2 titration","Hyperoxia","Pulse oximetry","Arterial blood gas","Near-infrared spectroscopy","General anesthesia","Beach chair position","Orthopedic surgery","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2026-02-09",{"date":101,"type":102},"2026-02-11","ACTUAL",{"date":104,"type":77},"2026-02-15",{"date":106,"type":77},"2026-07-31",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
