In 1996, the 308 nm xenon chloride excimer laser was developed for the treatment of psoriasis. In the last decades, excimer treatment has been incorporated into international therapeutic protocols for the treatment of psoriasis alongside conventional 311 nm UVB therapies. In the present study, the investigators aim to gain experience with a UVB laser (Pallas) operating at a wavelength of 311 nm. The CE-marked Pallas UVB laser will be used for the same indications as the 308 nm excimer laser. The procedure is not new, but the significance of this study lies in its potential to provide us with experience using this device for targeted UVB treatment.",[9],null,[21],{"name":22,"role":23,"phone":24,"phoneExt":19,"email":25},"Lajos Kemény, professor, MD, DSc, MHAS","CONTACT","+36305152884","kemeny.lajos@med.u-szeged.hu",[27],{"facility":28,"status":29,"city":30,"state":31,"zip":32,"country":33,"countryCode":34,"cosmosGeoPoint":35,"geoPoint":40,"contacts":41},"University of Szeged, Albert Szent-Györgyi Clinical Centre, Department of Dermatology and Allergology","RECRUITING","Szeged","Csongrád-Csanád Vármegye","6720","Hungary","HU",{"type":36,"coordinates":37},"Point",[38,39],20.14824,46.253,{"lat":39,"lon":38},[42,43],{"name":22,"role":23,"phone":24,"phoneExt":19,"email":25},{"name":22,"role":44,"phone":19,"phoneExt":19,"email":19},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"type":44,"investigatorFullName":46,"investigatorTitle":47,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":19,"oldOrganization":19},"Prof. Dr. Kemény Lajos","Professor, MD, DSc, MHAS","100612239","pallas-laser-for-skin-diseases-100612239",false,"NCT07250997","PALLAS Laser for Skin Diseases","Study of the Effectiveness of the PALLAS Laser in the Treatment of Skin Diseases That Respond Well to UV Light","PALLAS-UV","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
