in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit\n* Undergoing mechanical ventilation\n* Patients that receive morphine alone or morphine and midazolam as continuous infusion\n* Affiliated to a social security system\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Current weight \\\u003C 600g\n* Neonates under palliative care\n* Therapeutic hypothermia for perinatal anoxia\n* Neonates who underwent a surgical procedure during
