It aims to determine\n\n1: Difference in efficacy of Betamethasone gel and lidocaine gel in prevention of post operative sore throat after endotracheal intubation.\n\nPatients will be assessed for the presence of a sore throat at 6 hours and 24 hours postoperatively.
