Underlying genetic\u002Fimmunologic disease the following conditions i. SIOD ii. FSGS iii. Cystinosis iv. SLE v. Membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis vi. Renal vasculitis characterized by positivity of the presence of ANCA vii. Other genetic diseases leading to kidney disease requiring KT Or b.
