The \"accelerated titration design\" phase starts at a starting dose of 0.15x10\\^9, moving to the \"3+3 design\" phase at the dose of 0.5x10\\^9. According to the semi-logarithmic incremental (10\\^0.5-fold) approach, the treatment dosage was set into four groups at a maximum dose of 4.5×10\\^9 (allowing for a ±20% difference between the actual dose and the planned dose, considering production specifics). The number or the incremental ratio of subsequent dose groups can be adjusted based on the evaluation of available data in the study, and intermediate doses can be explored.",[9,15,19,23],null,[34],{"facility":35,"status":36,"city":37,"state":32,"zip":32,"country":38,"countryCode":39,"cosmosGeoPoint":40,"geoPoint":45,"contacts":46},"Ren Ji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine","RECRUITING","Shanghai","China","CN",{"type":41,"coordinates":42},"Point",[43,44],121.45806,31.22222,{"lat":44,"lon":43},[47,52],{"name":48,"role":49,"phone":50,"phoneExt":32,"email":51},"Qiang Xia, MD, PhD","CONTACT","+86-21-58752345","xiaqiang@shsmu.edu.cn",{"name":53,"role":49,"phone":54,"phoneExt":32,"email":55},"Ping Wan, MD, PhD","+86-15721069636","gufeng182@126.com",{"type":57,"investigatorFullName":32,"investigatorTitle":32,"investigatorAffiliation":32,"oldNameTitle":32,"oldOrganization":32},"SPONSOR",[59],{"name":60,"class":61},"Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology","UNKNOWN","100495172","phase-1-micro-encapsulated-hepatocyte-intraperitoneal-transplantation-in-liver-failure-adults-100495172",false,"NCT05727722","Micro-encapsulated Hepatocyte Intraperitoneal Transplantation in Liver Failure Adults","A Phase I Safety and Tolerability Dose Escalation Study of Micro-encapsulated Hepatocytes Intraperitoneal Transplantation Therapy for Adult Liver Failure Patients.","Inclusion Criteria:\n\nA.
