Standard treatment for localized gastroesophageal cancer usually involves chemotherapy before and after surgery. This study aims to see if adding targeted therapy (zanidatamab) and immunotherapy (tislelizumab) to standard chemotherapy is safe and effectively eliminates the tumor.
