Your vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, heart rate and respiration \\[breathing\\]) will be monitored during the scan. The estimated time of the scan is a couple of minutes, but you may be in the room of the MRI for up to 30 minutes for preparation. The entire process of obtaining the MRI (and possible blood draw) may be up to half of a work day (not including your personal travel time).",[13],"Drug: Hyperpolarized 13-C-pyruvate",[15],{"type":16,"name":17,"description":18,"armGroupLabels":19,"otherNames":20},"DRUG","Hyperpolarized 13-C-pyruvate","Given by Injection",[9],null,[22],{"name":23,"affiliation":5,"role":24},"Florencia McAllister, MD","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",[26],{"name":23,"role":27,"phone":28,"phoneExt":20,"email":29},"CONTACT","(713) 745-0914","fmcallister@mdanderson.org",[31],{"facility":32,"status":33,"city":34,"state":35,"zip":36,"country":37,"countryCode":38,"cosmosGeoPoint":39,"geoPoint":44,"contacts":45},"M D Anderson Cancer Center","RECRUITING","Houston","Texas","77030","United States","US",{"type":40,"coordinates":41},"Point",[42,43],-95.36327,29.76328,{"lat":43,"lon":42},[46,48],{"name":23,"role":27,"phone":47,"phoneExt":20,"email":29},"713-745-0914",{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},{"type":50,"investigatorFullName":20,"investigatorTitle":20,"investigatorAffiliation":20,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"SPONSOR","100506385","phase-1-study-using-hyperpolarized-13c-pyruvate-magnetic-resonance-spectroscopic-imaging-in-patients-with-pancreatic-cysts-undergoing-surgical-resection-100506385",false,"NCT05873699","Study Using Hyperpolarized 13C-Pyruvate Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging in Patients With Pancreatic Cysts Undergoing Surgical Resection","Pilot Study Using Hyperpolarized 13C-Pyruvate Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopic Imaging in Patients With Pancreatic Cysts Undergoing Surgical Resection","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients ≥ 18 years old.
