One of the two methods must be highly effective; highly effective methods include the following:\n\n     * Contraceptive intrauterine device or intrauterine system\n     * Subdermal contraceptive implant\n     * Progestogen injections\n     * Combined estrogen and progestogen oral contraceptive pills\n     * Percutaneous contraceptive patch\n     * Contraceptive vaginal ring The highly effective method must be initiated prior to enrollment. The second method must be a barrier method for dual protection against pregnancy and to avoid transmission of HIV during the ATI and other sexually transmitted infections.\n  10.
