A Prospective Half Face Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Age equal to or greater than 18 but less than or equal to 89 years.\n* Participants interested in facial filler (HA) injection.\n* English speaking.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Minors or under the age of 18\n* Participant over the age of 89\n* Pregnant or breast-feeding women\n* Individuals unable to give consent due to another condition such as impaired decision-making capacity.\n* Individuals with a history of a thrombotic event (DVT, PE, stroke, MI) or genetic disorder that increases risk of thrombosis\n* Participants undergoing unilateral facial filler (HA) injection\n* Participants with history of hypersensitivity to TXA or any of the other ingredients\n* Participants that are on current therapeutic anticoagulation therapy and aspirin use\n* Participants with stage 2 or greater renal failure\n* Participants on hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis\n* History of diabetes or seizures\n* Current tobacco smokers\n* Acquired defective color vision",true,"ALL","18 Years","89 Years",{"count":85,"type":86},40,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[89],"PHASE2","The goal of this clinical trial is to look at the effect tranexamic acid (TXA) may have on reducing bruising, swelling, and pain after facial filler injection.
