Positivity is defined as a FLT3-ITD \u002F FLT3-wild type (WT) ratio of ≥ 0.05 (5%))\n* Eligibility for standard induction chemotherapy\n* ECOG PS ≤ 2\n* WBC ≤25 x 10\\^9\u002FL (hydroxyurea, leukapheresis or cytarabine in specific clinical circumstances, are allowed to meet this criterion.
