of the vulva\n* T1 tumor, not encroaching urethra\u002Fvagina\u002Fanus\n* Depth of invasion \\> 1mm\n* Tumor diameter \\\u003C 4cm\n* Unifocal tumor\n* No enlarged (\\>1.5cm) or suspicious inguinofemoral lymph nodes at imaging (CT\u002FMRI\u002Fultrasound)\n* Possibility to obtain informed consent\n* Metastatic sentinel lymph node; size of metastasis \\> 2mm and \u002F or extracapsular
