Hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) has the advantages of increasing local drug concentration and reducing toxic side effects compared to systemic intravenous chemotherapy. In order to enable patients with advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma to obtain better treatment effects, this study plans to explore HAIC combined with durvalumab and lenvatinib as the first-line treatment for patients with locally advanced or metastatic ICC, in order to provide a better treatment choice for their comprehensive treatment.",[76,77,19],"Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma (Icc)","HAIC",[79,80,27,77],"locally advanced or metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma","durvalumab","2026-03-05",{"date":83,"type":84},"2026-03-09","ACTUAL",{"date":86,"type":84},"2025-03-01",{"date":88,"type":70},"2027-03-06",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
