The PMMA of the REMEDY SPECTRUM IM Spacer Nail is laden with gentamicin and vancomycin.\n\nThe nail has a slot at the distal end and can be combined with the surgeon's choice of fixation to prevent migration depending on the anatomy of the patient. The REMEDY SPECTRUM IM Spacer Nail is available in two lengths (150mm and 300mm) to accommodate variations in patient anatomy. The distal end has a threaded recess for mating with the optional distal cap, as well as the insertion and removal tools.",[9],null,[22],{"name":23,"affiliation":5,"role":24},"Rachel McGuire Kennedy","STUDY_DIRECTOR",[26,31],{"name":27,"role":28,"phone":29,"phoneExt":20,"email":30},"Crystal Djaba","CONTACT","470-736-7850","cdjaba@mcra.com",{"name":32,"role":28,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":33},"Jacob Schafer","jschafer@mcra.com",[35,61,82],{"facility":36,"status":37,"city":38,"state":39,"zip":40,"country":41,"countryCode":42,"cosmosGeoPoint":43,"geoPoint":48,"contacts":49},"University of Michigan Health - Sparrow Clinical Research Institute","RECRUITING","Lansing","Michigan","48190","United States","US",{"type":44,"coordinates":45},"Point",[46,47],-84.55553,42.73253,{"lat":47,"lon":46},[50,54,58],{"name":51,"role":28,"phone":52,"phoneExt":20,"email":53},"Jennifer Boak","517-364-5733","Jennifer.Boak@UofMHealth.org",{"name":55,"role":28,"phone":56,"phoneExt":20,"email":57},"Jessica Bristol-Piper","517-364-5728","Jessica.Bristol-Piper@UMHSparrow.org",{"name":59,"role":60,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"Karl Dunn","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"facility":62,"status":37,"city":63,"state":64,"zip":65,"country":41,"countryCode":42,"cosmosGeoPoint":66,"geoPoint":70,"contacts":71},"OrthoCarolina Research Institute","Charlotte","North Carolina","28207",{"type":44,"coordinates":67},[68,69],-80.84313,35.22709,{"lat":69,"lon":68},[72,76,80],{"name":73,"role":28,"phone":74,"phoneExt":20,"email":75},"Zachary Hutchko","704-323-2556","Zachery.Hutchko@orthocarolina.com",{"name":77,"role":28,"phone":78,"phoneExt":20,"email":79},"Caleb Michalek","7043233698","Caleb.Michalek@orthocarolina.com",{"name":81,"role":60,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"Carroll Jones",{"facility":83,"status":37,"city":84,"state":64,"zip":85,"country":41,"countryCode":42,"cosmosGeoPoint":86,"geoPoint":90,"contacts":91},"Duke University Medical Center","Durham","27710",{"type":44,"coordinates":87},[88,89],-78.89862,35.99403,{"lat":89,"lon":88},[92,96],{"name":93,"role":28,"phone":94,"phoneExt":20,"email":95},"Caroline Darragh","919-613-3670","caroline.darragh@duke.edu",{"name":97,"role":60,"phone":20,"phoneExt":20,"email":20},"Karl Murawski",{"type":99,"investigatorFullName":20,"investigatorTitle":20,"investigatorAffiliation":20,"oldNameTitle":20,"oldOrganization":20},"SPONSOR",[101],{"name":102,"class":6},"MCRA","100549010","phase-2-study-to-evaluate-the-remedy-spectrum-gv-im-spacer-nail-in-the-treatment-of-ankle-related-infections-100549010",false,"NCT06428448","Study to Evaluate the REMEDY SPECTRUM GV IM Spacer Nail in the Treatment of Ankle-Related Infections","A Prospective, Multi-Center Study to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of the REMEDY SPECTRUM GV IM Spacer Nail in the Treatment of Ankle-Related Infections","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n1.
