Randomised Clinical Trial Comparing Intranasal Fentanyl or Intranasal Ketamine to Oral Morphine","ANTAMIN","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Child aged 2 years to 17 years and 11 months\n* With 10 kg ≤ Weight ≤ 100 kg\n* Presenting to ED with a traumatic pain and suspected fracture(s) based on an acute deformity AND experiencing pain and\u002For functional impotence in the injured limb(s)\n* Within the first 12 hours after the injury\n* VAS pain score at ED arrival ≥ 60\u002F100 (if child ≥ 7 years) or Evendol pain score at ED arrival ≥ 7\u002F15 (if child \\\u003C 7 years)\n* Affiliated to health insurance\n* At least one signed parental informed consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Received narcotic pain medication prior to arrival\n* Contraindication to morphine, mentioned in SmPC\n*
