Pathologic diagnosis (pathologically confirmed by nasopharyngeal biopsy) was nasopharyngeal carcinoma;\n2. No distant metastatic;\n3. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score of 0 or 1;\n4. Signing informed consent;\n5. Follow up regularly and comply with test requirements.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Ipsilateral Level IIb involvement;\n2. Ipsilateral Level III nodes involvement;\n3. Ipsilateral positive lymph nodes below the cricoid cartilage (Level IV or Vb-c);\n4. Disease progression during IMRT;\n5. Previous malignancy or other concomitant malignant diseases;\n6.
