The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* compared to no treatment, does short-term postpartum LMWH modify the risk of venous thromboembolism within 90 days of delivery?\n* compared to no treatment, does short-term postpartum LMWH modify the risks of bleeding and wound complications?
