It will also learn about children with asthma who report being more sensitive to outdoor air pollution. The main questions it aims to answer are:\n\n* Does adding either information about the EPA-AQI or commercial AQI improve asthma outcomes over time?\n* Are there changes in nasal gene expression in children with asthma who report they are more sensitive to outdoor air pollution?\n\nResearchers will compare EPA-AQI and the commercial-AQI groups to a control group to either AQI works to improve asthma.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n* Receive standardized outdoor air pollution education and an asthma action plan\n* Provide nose and blood specimens\n* Have visits every 4 weeks for 48 weeks, 10 will be conducted by telephone calls and 3 visits will be in person.",[88,89,90,91],"Childhood Asthma","Asthma Control","Asthma Exacerbation","Air Pollution, Risk Reduction Behaviors",[93,94,95],"childhood asthma","air quality index","AQI","2026-02-24",{"date":98,"type":99},"2026-02-27","ACTUAL",{"date":96,"type":99},{"date":102,"type":82},"2030-01",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
