CSCHC is located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston which has among the highest mortality rates from colorectal cancer in the city. Codman Square Health Center serves a patient population that is 86% Black and 87% income at or below the federal poverty limit, thus requiring an equity-driven approach. Patients will be aged 45-75 and staff will be over 18 who currently work at CSHC in CRC screening. There is no intervention as this is an implementation study to identify patient- and system-level determinants of diagnostic colonoscopy after positive FIT test in individuals using mixed methods.",[13],{"name":14,"role":15,"phone":16,"phoneExt":10,"email":17},"Adjoa Anyane-Yeboa, MD, MPH","CONTACT","617-726-6609","aanyane-yeboa@mgh.harvard.edu",[19],{"facility":20,"status":21,"city":22,"state":23,"zip":24,"country":25,"countryCode":26,"cosmosGeoPoint":27,"geoPoint":32,"contacts":33},"Codman Square Health Center","RECRUITING","Boston","Massachusetts","02124","United States","US",{"type":28,"coordinates":29},"Point",[30,31],-71.05977,42.35843,{"lat":31,"lon":30},[34],{"name":35,"role":15,"phone":36,"phoneExt":10,"email":37},"Stephen Tringale Dr. Tringale, MD, MA, FAAFP","617-822-8260","Stephen.Tringale@codman.org",{"type":39,"investigatorFullName":40,"investigatorTitle":41,"investigatorAffiliation":5,"oldNameTitle":10,"oldOrganization":10},"PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR","Adjoa Anyane-Yeboa, M.D.","Principal Investigator",[43],{"name":44,"class":6},"Robert Wood Johnson Foundation","100574757","positive-fit-to-colonoscopy-closing-the-gap-100574757",false,"NCT06763432","Positive Fit to Colonoscopy: Closing the Gap","Fit Abnormal to Colonoscopy: Equity in Screening Completion (FACES)","FACES","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Individuals aged 45-75\n* Individuals who are patients at Codman Square Health Center\n* Individuals that are willing and able to give verbal\u002Fwritten consent\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Individuals with a personal history of colorectal cancer\n* Individuals with a family history of colorectal cancer\n* Individuals with a history of inflammatory bowel disease or high-risk cancer syndrome",true,"ALL","45 Years","75 Years",{"count":58,"type":59},45,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","The goals of this proposal are to: (1) identify patient- and system-level determinants of diagnostic colonoscopy after positive FIT; (2) identify patient- and system-level equity-driven implementation strategies for diagnostic colonoscopy after positive FIT matched to determinants; and (3) pilot test patient- and systems-level implementation strategies to increase rate of colonoscopy after positive FIT and determine feasibility and acceptability of strategies using mixed methods",[63],"Colorectal Cancer Screening",[65],"colorectal cancer screening","2025-11-12",{"date":68,"type":69},"2025-11-13","ACTUAL",{"date":71,"type":69},"2025-06-16",{"date":73,"type":59},"2029-08-31",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
