Patients undergoing LVA surgery will undergo preoperative assessment using ICG lymphography and ultrasound mapping of lymphatic vessels and recipient veins. Surgical outcomes will be assessed clinically and functionally through limb circumference measurements, symptom improvement, and postoperative imaging findings.
