Adult male above 18 years of age\n2. Married\n3. Diabetic\n4. Patient reports erectile dysfunction (symptomatic).\n5. Patient is eligible to be prescribed sildenafil by treating clinician.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. If at any other PDE-5 inhibitor (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, avanafil)\n2. Concurrent use of organic nitrates (any form: glyceryl trinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate\u002Fdinitrate) - absolute contraindication\n3.
