Patients scheduled for major abdominal surgery lasting more than 2 hours under general anesthesia.\n2. American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status (ASA) score I-III.\n3. Age range of 18-70 years.\n4. Both male and female patients.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Emergency surgeries.\n2. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure \\>150 mm Hg) despite medication.\n3. Recent acute cardiovascular events, including heart failure or acute coronary syndrome.\n4. Chronic kidney disease with a glomerular filtration rate \\\u003C30 ml\u002Fmin\u002F1.73 m² or requiring renal replacement therapy.\n5. Severe hepatic failure (ASAT\u002FALAT \\>2N, elevated bilirubin, or PT \\\u003C50%).\n6. Preoperative sepsis or septic shock.\n7. Pregnancy.\n8.
