The antibodies will be selected on the basis of the literature and their validation for this technology (Schnoell et al. 2020). The immunohistochemical techniques will be performed on an automated immunolabelling machine (DakoLink®) after antigen demasking. The specific binding of primary antibodies will be revealed by the application of Flex reagent (Dako Agilent), a dextran polymer coupled on the one hand to anti-mouse and anti-rabbit immunoglobulins, and on the other hand to a large number of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) molecules. 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) will be used as a substrate for this enzyme to highlight the specific expression of the biomarker. The use of an automated system will ensure the reproducibility of inter-sample labelling.",[14,18],{"name":15,"affiliation":16,"role":17},"Alexandre TAYART de BORMS, Interne","Nîmes University Hospital","PRINCIPAL_INVESTIGATOR",{"name":19,"affiliation":20,"role":17},"Cristina LEAHA, Dr.","Institut Régional du Cancer de Montpellier, Service d'Anatomopathologie",[22,27],{"name":23,"role":24,"phone":25,"phoneExt":7,"email":26},"Frédéric FITENI, Dr.","CONTACT","+334.34.03.46.69","frederic.fiteni@chu-nimes.fr",{"name":28,"role":24,"phone":29,"phoneExt":7,"email":30},"Anissa MEGZARI","+33466684236","drc@chu-nimes.fr",[32],{"facility":33,"status":34,"city":35,"state":36,"zip":37,"country":38,"countryCode":39,"cosmosGeoPoint":40,"geoPoint":45,"contacts":46},"CHU de Nîmes","RECRUITING","Nîmes","Gard","30029","France","FR",{"type":41,"coordinates":42},"Point",[43,44],4.35788,43.83665,{"lat":44,"lon":43},[47,49],{"name":28,"role":24,"phone":48,"phoneExt":7,"email":30},"+ 33 4.66.68.30.09",{"name":50,"role":17,"phone":7,"phoneExt":7,"email":7},"Frédéric FITENI, PU-PH",{"type":52,"investigatorFullName":7,"investigatorTitle":7,"investigatorAffiliation":7,"oldNameTitle":7,"oldOrganization":7},"SPONSOR",[54],{"name":55,"class":6},"Institut du Cancer de Montpellier - Val d'Aurelle","100527453","prognostic-role-of-inhibitor-of-apoptosis-protein-overexpression-on-recurrence-rate-in-cervical-cancer-100527453",false,"NCT06147960","Prognostic Role of Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein Overexpression on Recurrence Rate in Cervical Cancer","Evaluation of the Prognostic Role of Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein Overexpression on the 24-month Recurrence Rate in Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer","EPIcol","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients treated with the exclusive radio-chemotherapy combination for locally advanced cervical carcinoma (stage Ib-IVb according to FIGO classification).\n* Patients aged ≥ 18 years.\n* Patients with a minimum of 2 years post-treatment follow-up.\n* Patients for whom the initial biopsy specimen (before treatment) is available.\n* Patients who have not indicated that they do not wish to participate in the study.\n* Patients affiliated to or benefiting from a health insurance scheme.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* Patients under court protection, guardianship or curatorship.","FEMALE","18 Years",{"count":67,"type":68},180,"ESTIMATED","OBSERVATIONAL","Overexpression of inhibitors of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) in patients treated for locally advanced cervical cancer with exclusive radio-chemotherapy may have a prognostic role on the local recurrence rate at 24 months.",[72,73],"Cancer of Cervix","Apoptosis",[75,76,73],"Apoptosis inhibiting proteins","Cervical cancer","2026-06-18",{"date":79,"type":80},"2026-06-22","ACTUAL",{"date":82,"type":80},"2024-09-26",{"date":84,"type":68},"2027-11",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
