74\n* Cumulative smoking ≥ 30 pack-years\n* active or weaned for less than 15 years Or\n\nNELSON inclusion criteria :\n\n* Age 50-75\n* Smoking :\n* \\> 15 cigarettes \u002FD for more than 25 years or\n* \\> 10 cigarettes \u002FD for more than 30 years\n* active smoking or cessation \\\u003C 10 years Or\n\nAmerican recommendations :\n\n* Age 50 -
