PsA involves multiple tissues and clinical domains including skins and nails as well as arthritis, spondylitis, enthesitis, and dactylitis. Power Doppler (PD) ultrasonography (PDUS) is a sensitive non-invasive imaging technology used to assess disease activity and treatment response in PsA.
