Three-vessel disease involving the target circumflex artery with stenosis ≥70% and a diameter ≥1.5 mm\n2. Females aged 18 years and older\n3. Signed informed consent\n4. Clinical indications for coronary revascularization (refractory angina\u002Ftransient myocardial ischemia according to noninvasive tests)\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Previous cardiac surgery of any type, including CABG\n2. Combined procedures\n3. A randomized controlled trial is planned, including a comparative analysis of two observed groups depending on the chosen conduit for revascularization of the circumflex artery.
