Only categories 1 and 2 will be included.\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n* General contraindications to implant surgery.\n* Patients irradiated in the head and neck area.\n* Immunosuppressed or immunocompromised patients.\n* Patients treated or under treatment with intravenous amino-bisphosphonates.\n* Patients with untreated periodontitis.\n* Patients with poor oral hygiene and motivation.\n* Uncontrolled diabetes.\n* Pregnancy or nursing.\n* Substance abuser.\n* Heavy smokers (smoking more than 11 cigarettes\u002Fday).\n* Psychiatric problems or unrealistic expectations.\n* Lack of opposite occluding dentition in the area intended for implant placement.\n* Immediate implants (extractive sites will have to be healed from 6-8 weeks).\n* Patients participating in other studies, if the present protocol cannot be properly adhered to.\n* Patients referred only for implant placement and cannot be followed ant the treating centre.\n* Patients unable to be followed for 5 years",true,"ALL","18 Years",{"count":80,"type":81},42,"ESTIMATED","INTERVENTIONAL",[84],"NA","The aim of this randomized controlled trial is to evaluate the tridimensional bone stability after horizontal one-stage GBR using collagene membrane (OssMem) with a mix of Bovine Bone Substitute (A-Oss) and autogenous bone (test group) versus A-Oss and LCR-A, a synthetic bone (control group).",[87,88],"Guided Bone Regeneration","Dental Implant",[88,90],"GBR","NOT_YET_RECRUITING","2024-02-21",{"date":94,"type":95},"2024-02-29","ACTUAL",{"date":97,"type":81},"2024-03-01",{"date":99,"type":81},"2028-12-30",{"name":5,"class":6},1]
