Bereaved \\\u003C or = to 12 months from spousal\u002Fpartner loss\n2. \\> or = to 65 years old\n3. Verified history of suicide attempt\u002Fattempts and\u002For current or past history of Major Depressive Disorder\u002FMajor Depressive Episode (MDD\u002FMDE) (without psychotic features), or history of depression severe enough to trigger treatment, or current subsyndromal depression (\\> or = to 9 HDRS)\n4. No diagnosis of schizophrenia\u002Fschizoaffective disorders\u002Fbipolar\u002Fcurrent psychosis\n5. Does not reside in nursing home\n6. Not a current shift worker\n7. No major cognitive impairment: TICS score of \\> or = to 27\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Bereaved \\>12 months from spousal\u002Fpartner bereavement\n2. \\\u003C 65 years old\n3. Patient is not spousal\u002Fpartner bereaved (ex: parent, sibling, etc.)\n4.
