Multi-vessel CAD with an indication for revascularization,\n2. Presence of at least 1 risk factor for increased risk of post-operative death or major complication,\n\n   * Any patient Age \\> 80, OR\n   * Any patient with eGFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) \\\u003C 50, OR\n   * Any patient with LVEF \\\u003C 40%, OR\n   * Any patient deemed to be \"frail\" by consulting surgeon. OR\n   * Patients \\> 75 years of age with at least one of the following:\n\n     * Ejection fraction \\\u003C 50%\n     * History of prior CVA (Cerebral Vascular Accident)\n3. Coronary artery anatomy appropriate for a robotically-assisted MIDCAB or regular CABG, vessels other than the left anterior descending with lesions amenable to either CABG or PCI.\n\nExclusion criteria\n\n1. Significant left main coronary artery disease,\n2. Ejection fraction \\\u003C 30%,\n3. Patients with GFR \\\u003C 30,\n4. Patients unable to take dual anti-platelet agents due to high bleeding risk,\n5. Patients requiring emergent surgery, including patients with hemodynamic instability,\n6.
