A Prospective Cohort Study","Inclusion Criteria:\n\n* ▪ Age:18-50 years old\n\n  * Sex: both males \\&females.\n  * Patients diagnosed with septic shock according to SOFA score more than or equal 1\n  * Presence of at least one sign of acute circulatory failure from:\n\n    1. Low blood pressure (mean arterial pressure \\\u003C65 mmHg and \u002F or systolic \\\u003C90 mmHg).\n    2. Tachycardia\\> 120 bpm without other obvious cause of circulatory failure.\n    3. Oliguria \\\u003C1 ml \u002F kg during the last hour suggestive of circulatory failure.\n    4.
