Pregnant women meeting complete HELLP criteria:\n\n     * Hemolysis (LDH \\>600 U\u002FL + abnormal smear or bilirubin ≥1.2 mg\u002FdL)\n     * AST\u002FALT ≥70 U\u002FL\n     * Platelets \\\u003C100,000\u002FμL\n  2. Gestational age (20-42) weeks\n* Control Group:\n\n  1. Normotensive pregnant women (BP \\\u003C140\u002F90 mmHg, no proteinuria).\n  2. Gestational age-matched\n\nExclusion Criteria:\n\n1. Chronic medical conditionsaffecting sCD163 levels:\n\n   * Autoimmune diseases (e.g., lupus, rheumatoid arthritis)\n   * Chronic kidney\u002Fliver disease\n   * Active infections (e.g., HIV, hepatitis)\n2. Fetal anomalies or intrauterine fetal demise at diagnosis.\n3. Use of immunosuppressive therapies (e.g., corticosteroids beyond standard HELLP management).\n4. Incomplete clinical\u002Flaboratory data for HELLP classification.\n5. To evaluate the correlation between sCD163 levels and the clinical severity of HELLP syndrome, including complications such as liver dysfunction, thrombocytopenia, and hemolysis.\n2.
